The aforementioned request must contain:
• Name and address of the owner of the personal data, and any other information in order to communicate the answer to your request.
• Documents providing the identity of the owner or legal representation of the personal data.
• Clear and accurate description of the personal data ofr which you are seeking to exercise any of the previous rights.
• Provide the needed documents in order to fulfill your request.

The owner of the personal data will be notified of the resolution taken, in a period which shall not exceed 20 days, starting from the day of the reception of the request. The mentioned period may be extended once for the same number of days when justified.
